Exclusive 12 Step Cleaning Process

1. Pre-Inspection-Go through and identify any potential permanent stains/problem areas

2. Pre Vacuum-We thoroughly vacuum with our Windsor Sensor S12.  This allows us to remove 80% of the dry soil present in your carpet.  It is also required by the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification).

3.  Furniture Moving(optional)-This includes sofas, chairs, tables, and smaller items.  Beds, dressers, and heavier items stay in place under our regular pricing structure.  Your technician would be glad to give you a quote to move these items.

4.  Pre Spray-This breaks down traffic area soil and general spots for a more thorough cleaning. 

5. Pre Spot-Difficult spots are pre treated with special solutions to increase chances of removal.

6.  Pre Grooming- This further loosens the soil.

7.  Soil Extraction and Rinse-We extract with powerful hot water extraction, which is now required for warranty maintenance by Shaw Industries the largest carpet mill in the United States.  This occurs without over wetting the carpet or leaving a sticky residue behind.  We use Pro C as our clean rinse.  It is a high perfomance oxidizing agent that doesn't contain any soap, suds, or detergents.  We often hear that folks are afraid their carpet will get dirty faster after a cleaning.  We have not found that to be the case for us.  In fact Sharie Ledford, on Bellevue St, told us that her carpets stay clean longer after we clean, than when cleaned by a competitor.

8.  Post Spot-Any spots or stains still remaining will get extra treatment with our many specialty spotting solutions. 

9.  Apply Dupont Teflon Protector(optional)-We apply Dupont Teflon.  It repels water and oil based stains and loose soil.

10.  Post Groom-We groom the carpets again so that the pile of your carpet is standing tall when we leave.  This helps the carpet dry faster and in the right position.

11.  Speed dry-  High velocity air movers are placed on the carpet immediately after cleaning to promote faster drying.

12.  Post Cleaning Inspection-  We walk through your home with you to point out the cleaning results and make sure that you are completely thrilled with the job.
